The Constitutional Marriage Amendment Campaign exists to protect the
definition of Marriage as a union between a man and a woman only. The
Constitutional Court of South Africa ruled in December 2005 that the current
marriage act is unconstitutional as it discriminates on the basis of sexual
orientation.
